RZ Core
(18+) - Do you want to improve your fitness level, flexibility core strength, and posture? Do you want to lose weight, gain lean muscle, and get into the best shape of your life?. In this 45 minute class we will challenge each individual to increase their fitness level every single time. Burn between 500-800 calories while building lean muscle and having a great time! If you have not been working out try our Core 1 class. If you have been working out try our Core 2 class.

(18+) - Let our Pilates instructor Laura Violet (LV) introduce you to the Pilates method of exercise. The focus of our RZ Pilates class will to build a strong foundation based on core stability and spinal alignment. Come take this class to strengthen, tone, and lengthen your body.
