About the Workouts

RZ Core 1 - (Recommended ages 18-60) - This beginner RowZone workout is for those people who are looking to get back into shape. If you haven't been on a consistent exercise schedule since Y2K, then this workout is for you. This 45 minute class will give you the proper guidance to build back up your stamina and endurance. Longer breaks, more stretching, and smaller classes make the RZ Core 1 class ideal for those who are looking for a new start.

RZ Core 2
-(Recommended ages 18-60) - This is the workout that we are famous for! The Core 2 workout is for those who have been on a consistent exercise routine for at least the past two months. In this 45-50 minute class we will challenge each individual to increase their fitness level every single time. Burn between 500-700 calories while also working on muscle toning, flexibility, and posture.

RZ Exec - (Recommended ages 40-65) - Are you not working out because of pain? This workout is for those individuals who have had consistent knee, foot, back, hip or shoulder problems in the past. This low impact workout pushes your fitness level while keeping your body in tact. No more pain!

RZ Power Pump
- This high energy class taught by Laura F. is a lean muscle building, calorie phenomenon. With an extra emphasis placed on resistance and abdominal training this workout is the only one of its kind. Get ready for serious business and serious fun!

RZ Free Row -
Chose from one of our customized workouts or just go for distance. Our Free Row session is designed for those who want to get a workout in but can't make it to a class. Track your results and see your improvement!
