RZ Core (18+) - Do you want to improve your fitness level, flexibility core strength, and posture? Do you want to lose weight, gain lean muscle, and get into the best shape of your life?. In this 45 minute class we will challenge each individual to increase their fitness level every single time. Burn between 500-800 calories while building lean muscle and having a great time! If you have not been working out try our Core 1 class. If you have been working out try our Core 2 class.

RZ Power Pump (18-60) - This high energy class taught by Laura is a lean muscle building, calorie phenomenon. Target all of your problem areas while pushing your body to the limit. Whether you are trying to get into bathing suit shape this season or trying to fit into that outfit for the first time in years. Power Pump is for you!

RZ Row (18+)- This state of the art class combines traditional rowing techniques with core and strength exercises that will have you ready for the Olympics. Train with our master rower John and experience a workout that is truly one of a kind. This class is a great way to work on your form while getting a great workout at well. Beginners try RZ Row 1. More advanced RowZoners can try RZ Row 2.

RZ Circuit (18-60) - Expert personal trainer Greg teaches this high intensity circuit class. Circuit training is a type of training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises. This class takes each individual through a series of exercises that will totally shake up your current workout routine. If you are looking to tone those problem areas, this is perfect for you! Beginners can try RZ Circuit level 1; more advanced RowZoners can try RZ Circuit level 2.

RZ Executive (45+) - Are you ready for a great workout that also teaches you the proper technique for lifting, sitting, and a lot of day to day tasks. Not working out because of pain? This workout is for those individuals who have had consistent knee, foot, back, hip or shoulder problems in the past. This low impact workout pushes your fitness level while keeping your body intact. Learn how to do everyday movements with no more pain!

RZ Pilates (18+) - Let our Pilates instructor Laura Violet (LV) introduce you to the Pilates method of exercise. The focus of our RZ Pilates class will to build a strong foundation based on core stability and spinal alignment. Come take this class to strengthen, tone, and lengthen your body. Be a friend to yourself and take this class today.

RZ Yoga (18+)- Reggie brings her 10+ years of experience of teaching yoga to the RowZone. Relax your muscles and open your joints. This class is perfect for those wanting to reduce stress and improve quality of life. Try out RowZone Yoga today!

Rittenhouse River (18+) - Learn proper form and technique with our expert rower John. This class is strictly to learn and practice rowing, while getting a great workout. This class is highly recommended for new RowZoners.
