GENERAL PERSONAL TRAINING:

RowZone Manayunk instructors are available for personal training sessions that best fit your fitness level, goals, and schedule. Specialized training plans are developed to help adult and youth clients reach their fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build lean muscle, train to row 10,000+ meters in one sitting, preparing for an event/test, we will show you a manageable path to success. You (and a friend if you choose) will be accompanied by one trainer during each one hour session.

 

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING FOR ATHLETES:

From its onset, RowZone has conditioned runners, cyclists, tri-athletes, outdoor enthusiasts, and even dragon boat racers using the high strength and cardio-vascular benefits of low impact rowing to boost your performance. Functional strength is the result of cross-training with us so that you can continue to do everything you want in your sport and train with the worlds best fitness machine for a low impact, high strength, plateau-busting workout tailored to your sports specific needs.

 

LEARN TO ROW:

New to the sport? Want to learn with one-on-one attention from some of the area’s best rowers? Need a special time slot to fit rowing into your busy schedule? One-on-One sessions give you the best possible personal coaching and the solitude to focus on learning the stroke quickly and effectively so that you’re ready to jump into advanced rowing. Using mirrors, videotape, and hands on instruction; this coaching will provide the best way to learn rowing on your schedule.   • One Client
    • 1 Session - $75
    • 3 Sessions - $215
    • 10 Sessions – $600 **Best Value**
  • Two Clients

PERSONAL TRAINING & MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES:

  • Unlimited classes + one hour of personal training a month - $135
    • Unlimited classes – 7 days a week , any class any time ($99 value) + One Hour Personal Training  ($75 value).  Just $135 a month – save $40 a month.  Payment once a month, 3 consecutive months. After that 30 day cancellation notice via e-mail.
  • Unlimited classes + two hours personal training a month - $150
    • Unlimited classes – 7 days a week , any class any time  ($99 value) + Two Hours Personal Training ($150 value).  Just $150 a month – save $100 a month.  Payment once a month, 3 consecutive months. After that 30 day cancellation notice via e-mail.

 PRIVATE CLASSES & STUDIO RENTAL:
