One-on-one training is a new option at RowZone! The goal is to provide specialized training plans to help adult and youth clients reach their fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build lean muscle, train to row 10,000+ meters in one sitting, or cross train for a marathon, we will show you a manageable path to success.
You (and a friend if you choice) will be accompanied by one trainer during each one hour session. One-on-one sessions allow for more technique coaching and the targeting of individual goals, which are difficult to focus on during group classes. From its onset, RowZone has conditioned runners, cyclists, tri-atheletes, outdoor enthusiasts, and even dragon boat racers. Functional strength is the result of training with us so that you can continue to do everything you want, and maybe sneak in an endurance race here-and-there.
