RowZone®’s summer camp program is specifically designed to be a fun way for your kids to stay healthy and active in a competitive and challenging way.
Our style is perfect for beginners, and is an activity anyone can actively participate in for their entire lives.
Rowing is a low impact, high output sport. It produces faster results than most other types of workouts because of the amount of energy used during the motion.
Rowing is a highly sought after recruited sport for several top universities. Our coaches are experienced and will work to give your kids the best chance possible for recruitment.
Keep Kids Active
Created by collegiate rower and personal trainer Mike Golden, this camp is designed to keep kids active and to challenge them to compete with one another in a friendly and safe environment.
Our goal is to promote healthy habits in kids aged 6-17.

10:00 am to 11:45 am: Ages 8-10 years old
12:00 pm to 1:45 pm: Ages 11-14 years old
2:00 pm to 4:00 pm: Ages 15-17 years old (runs 4 weeks in a row from June 27th to July 22nd, and July 25th to August 19th)
Weekly Fee: $149
