An individualized class for someone who wants a more personalized training plan. These sessions will be 1 on 1 with your trainer, at the time of your choosing. Each session will be one hour, thus burning more calories, and pushing you just a little bit farther.
The main reasons someone would take this class, instead of our regular classes, would be to augment our regularly scheduled classes with some extra work to get you rolling and keeping on the path with your weight loss goals. Personal Classes are also a great way to build strength, tone up, or whatever else you want to do, because each trainer can tailor the class to your exact needs, not the needs of the whole group.
