The RowZone Method is a combination of cardio, weights, and flexibility designed to maximize weight loss and minimize health risks. In addition to interval training on the rowing machine, you will perform up to 125 RowZone approved exercises that are designed to workout every muscle in your body. Each member is put through a calculated series of 6 week workout blasts, that will help build their endurance and reshape their bodies. These blasts are designed by one of our Certified Personal Trainers.

Each stroke on the rowing machine uses 23 muscles. The average RZ class contains about 650 strokes. That means during each class you will be contracting 23 muscles throughout your whole body 650 times. This is why Rowing is a fat and calorie burning phenomenon! This “Heart Healthy” exercise also helps lower unhealthy levels in your body such as blood pressure and cholesterol while toning your body like never before! Rowing is also a Low Impact workout, so if you have issues in your body, you will be able to get a great workout with no pain!
